Looking for a unique hands-on experience and a one-of-a-kind creation you can truly call your own?
Join us for the kickoff of Rock Your Mocs Week with a moccasin-making workshop led by our good friend, Haudenosaunee artisan, Susan Hill.
In this immersive 4-hour session, Susan will guide you step-by-step through the traditional process of assembling and hand-stitching your own custom moccasins using pre-cut pieces of buffalo and moose hide (hides will be either black, brown or tan, based on availability).
Craft a pair for yourself or make a meaningful gift for someone special!
Please be sure to include your shoe size when registering so your moccasin pieces can be pre-cut and ready for you.
Please note: Priority registration will be given to Indigenous members of the community from July 7 to October 1.
Registration closes on October 25th to allow Susan time to prepare the customised kits.
