This free event celebrates culture, movement, and storytelling with a full day of hands-on learning for children ages  5 to 10. Enjoy a story walk featuring Kristi White’s book Jay and Gizmo Learn Hoop Dancing and meet Kristi herself! Enjoy paint workshops, gardening activities, a Three Sisters Soup demo with local Chef Destiny Moser, and hoop dance workshops led by talented Indigenous dancers. 

Presented by the Region of Waterloo Museums, this interactive cultural experience is open to local schools and families.
