In celebration of Leap Year, it only happens every four years, come out and enjoy a day filled with fun activities, games, and crafts.

Activity Lineup

12 p.m. Family Story Time - Drop in to talk, read, play, write and sing in this interactive program with the Region of Waterloo Library staff as we celebrate freedom to read week.  Great for all ages. 

1 p.m. Leap Year Trivia Challenge – Join us in the Christie Theatre to test your Leap Year knowledge! This activity is best for ages 5 and up. 

2 p.m. Living to Leap – Find out how frogs can hop, bunnies can bounce and humans can jump. Join us in the Christie Theatre for this exciting exploration of the ways we all live to leap! This activity is great for all ages. 

3 p.m. Leap Year Birthday Party! – Join us in the Grand Foyer to celebrate those Leap Year Birthdays! This activity is great for all ages. 

4 p.m. Leap Year Trivia Challenge – Join us in the Christie Theatre to test your Leap Year knowledge! This activity is best for ages 5 and up.

Make your very own lily pad and frog at our craft table or check our Leap Year Scavenger Hunt in the gallery.
